Danielle P. Williams is a Black and Chamorro poet, essayist and spoken-word artist from Columbia, South Carolina. With an MFA from George Mason University, she holds nominations for Pushcart Prize, Best New Poets and Best of the Net, with fellowships from Open Mouth Poetry Retreat, Palm Beach Poetry Festival, The Watering Hole, and The Alan Cheuse Center for International Writers. Her chapbook, Who All Gon' Be There?, was published by Backbone Press in November 2021, and debut collection of poetry, Chamorrita Song, is forthcoming from the University of Arizona Press (January 2026).
